1. Système de nettoyage: lors de l'achat du maïs, normalement le maïs est très sale dans les pays d'Afrique. Donc, avant le traitement, le besoin de nettoyage first.In le maïs il y a de nombreux types d'impuretés, comme la pierre, le fer, corde, plastique, etc. Donc, selon ce que nous utilisons plus propres / maïs tambour maïs tamiseur / maïs DESTONER machines etc pour le nettoyage du maïs.

2. Système Degerminating: Après avoir nettoyé le maïs, avant degerminating, d'abord besoin de l'humidité du maïs et laisser le sommeil de maïs dans le bac d'humidité pendant 2-10 heures selon la demande différente, puis passez à la degerminator de maïs, le degerminator peut frotter la peau de maïs de grain de maïs et déloger le germe de sa cavité avec la réduction au minimum de la taille des fragments brisés.

3. Système de fraisage: Le processus de fabrication des produits comporte trois sous-processus fondamentaux. Tout d' abord, physiquement les trois détache composantes du grain de maïs de l'autre avec aussi peu de dilution ou de mélange possible. En second lieu , trie et classe les particules détachées dans des groupes spécifiques et la dernière, la taille et réduit les particules à la granularité requise. Les trois composants sont ensuite recombinées au besoin en fonction du type de produit fini requis. Le but du procédé est donc de détacher le son et le germe des grains de maïs avec un minimum de désintégration soit l'endosperme ou l'enveloppe du son / germe. L'endosperme pur est ensuite progressivement réduit en taille pour former des produits de différentes granularité, allant des pièces relativement grandes de samp à la farine de maïs très fine.

The principle is when the sieve body are droved by two sides vibrating motors, wheat flow into the first sieve surface through feeding entrance, large impurity on the upper sieve is discharged to the hopper. Another material come into the second sieve surface for continual sift. On this surface, the wheat and small impurity are separated each other. Finally lighter impurity is discharged by the suction pipes. This machine has much speciality such as high capacity, without jaming and so on. The function is the sieve remove all impurities from wheat to reduce dust and impurity to pollute workshop as much as it can. And ensure rear working line with good running. Meanwhile to avoid jaming into the slip of screw conveyor and exit of damper bin. Behind the horizontal scourer has another vibrating sieve, to remove mud, broken  wheat, small impurity, wheat hair from the scourer.

The wheat and stones moving on the sieve with different direction, made the stones are separated from wheat.
